Vortex flowmeter is sensitive to vibration in operating conditions with stable flue gas composition and low dust content (such as 

natural gas boilers), and has large measurement errors at low flow rates (<5 m/s)

Differential pressure flowmeter needs to be used in conjunction with temperature and pressure sensors, suitable for high temperature

 and high pressure flue gas (such as blast furnace gas in steel plants) with large pressure loss (about 5-10 kPa), and the pressure tapping

 hole needs to be cleaned regularly
